Application is where the rubber meets the road. Napoleon Hill talks about having faith and then having applied faith. Applying your faith is when you go about making the future you have believed you can achieve. Faith is a good start, but you still need the know-how to succeed. Then you proceed with the faith to the do-how.
Napoleon Hill wrote a lot about applied faith. You start with a definite purpose. You have to know where you want to go to get the right map. Then you work backwards in your planning from your goal to where you are now. Stephen Covey says, "Begin with the end in mind." What will it take for you to get where you want to be? Take a baby step as soon as you know. If you must adjust your pathway, then you are in good company. Airplanes must adjust their flight paths hundreds of times to stay on course. When you are off course you don't stop, you adjust your flight path just like the pilots for the airlines.
